Had a fantastic time at Mercure! The breakfast buffet had tons of options, especially delicious omelets. The fitness center on the rooftop was a nice bonus with fine views. A bit far from the city center, but totally worth it for the tranquility.

The Superior Queen Room offered a spacious layout and a stunning sea view. Sound insulation impressed me. minimal noise from outside or neighboring rooms contributed to a peaceful stay. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, surpassing many other hotels. The reception staff provided excellent assistance, particularly Hussen and Esmail, who were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, the room photos online felt misleading. the Family Room was smaller than expected, lacking the promised additional bathroom for convenience. Communication with staff sometimes posed challenges due to limited English proficiency, making requests a bit frustrating. Additionally, the hotel’s location is quite far from local attractions, making car travel necessary, which isn’t ideal for those wanting to explore on foot.
